Grandmother Tree is featured on the cover of Dr. Edward Slingerland's new book, What Science Offers the Humanities, Integrating Body & Culture, published by Cambridge University Press in 2008.

New York magazine Zeek: A Jewish Journal of Thought and Culture featured Summer Sleeping as cover art for the July 2004 issue. Four paintings were featured with an article entitled An Altar of Earth: Reflections on Jews, Goddesses and the Zohar by Rabbi Jill Hammer: Grandmother Tree, Grandfather Tree, Hands That Hold Us. Republished by the magazine in August 2005.

Turtle Clan Writers
Members of Turtle Clan Writers collaborating with Sandra Benitez at a July workshop were given permission by the artist to the image Seventh Generation as banner and cover art for a members-only writers' web site. Pilamiya to Sandra Benitez for her kind permission to use her name to support my work.
